I want to encourage as many people as possible to become Entrepreneurs. The video I am posting does just that and is a fabulous motivation for the weekend. Let it …
What Entrepreneurship means to me
For me personally, “Entrepreneurship” is linked to very strong feelings and experiences.
No matter which way you put it: Entrepreneurship always means movement!
It means making decisions.
Entrepreneurship always means creating something. Whether it might be improving an existing idea or creating something nobody else has tried before. Entrepreneurship is not just dreaming about things, but rather taking the necessary steps to reach them.
It’s being active. It’s being adventurous. It’s being really enthusiastic.
It’s using this enthusiasm and transforming it into strong efforts to reach your goals.
Entrepreneurship means making mistakes to learn from.
Sometimes Entrepreneurship means to fall down and fail, but to stand up and start all over again, now being richer in experiences.
Speaking of “failure” there’s a story stuck in my head: At my visit to the Facebook Headquarters last summer, I saw a motto written on a wall between lots of others which really stood out:
It simply read “Fail harder.”.
I found that compelling because it was so different from the most common point of view. I thought about it for a while and translated its meaning into: 1. No fear of failure, 2. The drive to work hard and 3. Taking inconvenient approaches to solve problems.
Entrepreneurship is rewarding: Always in form of experience, often in appreciation for achievements and sometimes also monetarily.
Entrepreneurship means aiming high.
Entrepreneurship means uniting people in a team striving for one mutual goal.
Entrepreneurship is fun. Entrepreneurship is hard work.
Entrepreneurship is awesome!
